離高鐵站確實挺近。衹是電視開不了，至少喊了老闆來幫忙開，老闆一直都説一會來。不能看就直説好了，不要糊弄人嘛。

近衡陽西站，出站過廣場的地下通道就到。
但除了近高鐵站，沒有其他優勢。
房間都在地面，開窗就被路人看到，早上都是路人聲。
附近沒有便利店，最近的食肆在高鐵站。
