整體衞生都滿意，老闆就是本地的房子也是自己的，就在延壽亭邊上，上山方便，老闆會告知怎麼遊玩，到高鐵站老闆接送，服務很到位，飯菜都是自己種的，長者家的廚藝很地道，消費合理，比較滿意的一次旅行，下次來還是預約這家。

民宿地處南嶽衡山半山腰，住在這裏簡直不要太舒服，爬山又方便，空氣又清新，民俗房間乾淨舒適，非常適合避暑，下次再有機會來衡山爬山，繼續選擇這家，性價比超級高！！！
