O hotel é bom, mas está afastado do centro, apesar de ter transporte que param mesmo na porta, fica muito perto do terminal 2 porto, para quem vai pegar barcos para Tallin. O café da manhã é até às 9.30hs é são rigoroso que chega a ser desagradável, chegamos para tomar café as 9.24hs e na entrada me disseram você tem u minutos para comer, isso foi horrível várias pessoas correndo para ter tempo de pegar algo para comer, porque as 9.30hs tem vários empregados a recolherem tudo, acho bem que tenham um horário tipo, 9.30hs fechem as portas e não entra ninguém, mas quem entrar que coma com tranquilidade, nesse ponto foi mesmo muito ruim, deveriam rever isso.,afinal pagamos caro.

The hotel is situated a bit further from the city center, but there is no need to worry because the public transport around the hotel is excellent and efficient. The breakfast offered is great, and while the bed is quite soft, I would prefer it to be a bit firmer for better back support. The housekeeping staff was very helpful. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I look forward to staying at the hotel again in the future.

房間不大，但是夠住了，大窗正好看到遠處的繁忙的西港口。船入港，非常熱鬧，人，私家車，大卡車不停的出來，底層可裝幾十輛大。窗外的卡車波羅的海，遠處天空大海連成一線。交通非常方便，無論是一日卡還是單次卡，非常方便，就在酒店門口，7T，9T，隨便坐，交通非常發達，很晚都有車。到中央火車站有沒有幾站。太方便了。早餐太豐盛，還有自家酒店樓頂10萬衹蜜蜂釀的蜂蜜，采自周邊，很棒

The facilities were great. Breakfast was also good.
No amenities in the bathroom tho like comb or else for a hotel this level. One thing that bothered me the most was the curtains did not completely block the light and the light just straight into our eyes in bed :(

The view was very nice along the sea. The rooms were very clean and Scandinavian.
You need to take a tram to get to the downtown area, but it's a convenient location for boarding a cruise to Tallinn.

The staff's language skills are quite poor, but the service attitude is excellent. However, I would like service in Finnish in a Finnish hotel. The breakfast was excellent.
