A basic hotel in an ok location. Really nice employees at the reception. Great views from the sauna upstairs, but otherwise impractical facilities in the sauna/shower section. You had to leave your shoes in the hallway if you didn't want your socks to get wet when you went to the "changing room", and when you put your shoes on it would be good to have a chair to sit on. Only three showers available, so you had to queue to get in the shower. A hotel popular with families with children, so the swimming pool was noisy and full of splashes. Similarly, there was always someone coming in through the door slowly with a group of children at the sauna, so the steam baths were missed. Nice that fresh croissants were served to the tables at breakfast.
The bar waiter had his own strong opinions about what is good beer and what is not. I have understood that the first lesson of a customer service person is that the customer is always right. I got the feeling that I don't understand anything about good beer when I said what I like. I didn't feel good about that encounter.
