How is this for a 4 star hotel?
Too outdated and very poorly cleaned
And the boiler doesn't seem to work.
The old man at the reception treated me well.
some young woman. I was waiting to check in, and I had a joke with the guy who checked in before me and waited for a really long time.

Perfect stay in the center of Helsinki , very comfortable and good service. Me and my husband stayed for 3 nights.

Felt this was a real win. Great breakfast, really nice lounge area, friendly helpful staff, very clean and stylish rooms, HDTV etc. The restaurant was closed unfortunately but can recommend the Thai restaurant across the road.
