Radisson Blu Aleksanteri Hotel

The hotel is at walking distance (20 min) from the station, or at 2 min from tram 6T. Comfy bed, nice shower, excellent breakfast. The staff at the reception desk is super. Will come again for sure.

The hotel is part modern and part almost ancient. Unfortunately for us, we were in the ancient side. The room was painted with very dark red paint and furnished with dated dark wood furniture. This made it really dark and dreary. The room was a decent size but only had a small double bed which wasn’t very comfortable. Three of the pillows were like rocks and one was ok. After a poor nights sleep I asked for different pillows and these were provided so the second night wasn’t as bad. The shower was fine but obviously not sealed correctly around the bottom so water flooded the bathroom after each shower. The staff however, were lovely. The breakfast was excellent and I would recommend the hotel but make sure you ask for a modern room.
