1. counter staff with little smile, not friendly enough; 2. room temperature too high, no manual control inside the room; 3. the opening hour on saturday morning is totally wrong, foe example on 29/6/2024, it opens at 07.30 instead of 06.30 on weekdays! the venue was very crowded! 4. water pressure of the shower was weak! 5. there is a pillar in front of the main door at corridor, makes the access to the room very inconvenient! Excellent location right at the main train station and walking distance to main tourist sites. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Good value for money at this price point. A little more attention to detail could be done with housekeeping. For example, the shower gel was empty (no problem since I had my own) and the fridge clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long time.

Very close to train station. And nearby malls. Easy to find cafe and restaurants.

Right next to Helsinki Central Station, only 1 minute walk. Convenient, comfortable beds, adequate sized rooms. Only downside is lack of air conditioning, and you cannot open any windows.

Location was really nice! I could go center city station from this hotel within 5 minutes. And then the big supermarket was located next to this hotel and that’s so convenient. But the iron was dirty and the clothes got dirty after ironing.

Overall is good as before. Important is that it is so convenient just next to train station. Good choice for business travel

Super convenient location! Right next to the train terminal. Walkable distance to 24hrs supermarket, tourist attractions and lots of food. Our room had a bathtub and almost everything was perfect. However, there were too much dust on the curtains and some areas. Would be great if the windows can be opened... Would stay again for the convenience. Staffs are super friendly as well.

Good location which is very near to the main railway station. Walk out of the station and you can see the hotel on your right. Look for the lockers in the rail station and you are on the correct way to the hotel. The hotel has luggage storage which is very useful. When your next travelling time is in the evening. Take the tram no.3 and then no. 2 to move around the city.

Strategic location with ease of access to all areas via public transport. Hotel has all the things needed for a pleasant stay with good breakfast spread. Reception staff is friendly and hotel is well maintained. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Helsinki in the future.

I like the position of this hotel where next to the train station. I just need 1 minutes to there after I getting off the train.
