NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa

It was a very clean, luxurious and satisfying hotel.

The hotel is located in the city center, within a five-minute walk from Stockmann. The room facilities and services are very good. It is very convenient to store your luggage in the hotel before check-in and check-out.

The booking information requested a twin room, but the customer service arranged a double bed. The customer service did not confirm the bed information, which was really unprofessional.

The entrance is difficult to find. You can use the navigation to go through the shopping mall directly opposite the train station. However, if you take the side road, the wheels of the suitcase will make noise and it will be difficult to drag. The hotel is newly renovated and has the smell of a new hotel. The design is very good. However, none of the windows could be opened. I asked the front desk for safety reasons. I personally don't particularly like this. But everything else is fine. The hotel bathroom is also very big.

There are various amenities, including restaurants and shopping, right in front of the hotel. You can buy clothes, shoes, and cosmetics at the Stocmann Department Store right in front. There is also a large bookstore nearby.
