The hotel was newly renovated, and the smell of the decoration was not dealt with. There was a strong smell in the corridor and the room, and the window could not be opened. The exhaust fan in the room had a very weak wind speed. It is strongly not recommended to stay!

It takes 10-15 minutes to walk from the central train station. Because of the slope, although the straight-line distance is not far, it is still a bit difficult to walk with a suitcase. It takes ten minutes to walk to the White Church and ten minutes to the pier. There is also a bus stop downstairs, which is quite convenient. You have to take a bus or an electric scooter to go to the Rock Church, Sibelius Park, etc.

This is a great hotel. Great staff. Great facilities. Well styled rooms Location was bang on everything was walkable. Breakfast was continental, cooked elements available also Only negative is the 10,000 emails they send after. It’s spam on an industrial scale ! Stop it !

The room was new, quiet, nicely furbished, albeit a bit on a small side, considering the fact that we did not book the smallest room. Breakfast was very good with a lot to choose from, the staff were nice and efficient. Location very good. When next time in Helsinki, we will stay here again. Interestingly, the layout of the room strongly resembled the one in a Jen hotel somewhere far away on the other side of the world.

Very nice hotel with an excellent location. If you are looking to get to government buildings or the university it is very well located. It is also very close to the main train station. It is very clean and the staff are hospitable and professional. Overall a great place to go for a business trip stay.

Weekend trip to Helsinki and we choose to stay in this hotel for the first time. Not far from bus- or train station, walking distance in fact. Cozy room and good bathroom with a big window :) Bathroom also had a motion detector, shady light starts to shine when you walk in, that was great and never seen that before. Breakfast was good, both quantity and quality. Staff was friendly. When in Helsinki, this is a good choice.
