"Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff who helped us with our luggage to our room. Our butler was also very attentive and professional. The lamb chops at the Chinese restaurant were delicious! We even got a complimentary upgrade to a room with a view, which was a nice surprise. When we checked out, a staff member helped us bring our luggage to the car and even gave a gift to our child, which made them very happy. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly. We hope to have the chance to stay here again next time!"
