The hotel is strategically located, close to the commercial street, convenient and very quiet. The reception was warm and thoughtful. The special intimate thing is that the air conditioner is not directly blowing on the bed, it feels very warm. Although in the center of the city, you can park for free. Stayed 5 nights in bedroom. Expectation/Reality: the pictures were much better than the actual room. The cafeteria has a fridge you can use, I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like it could be good. A/C worked fine. Security: good security, no additional locker or safe but 24/7 front desk and generally felt safe. Hygiene: the walls of the rooms were not clean nor were the chairs. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful. Hospitality: the staff is very accommodating and responsive. Social Atmosphere: not really applicable as it’s a hotel but the area of this location is great, close to cafes, the metro and lots of shops and restaurants. Generally, not bad for the price, the walls of the room and the chairs being dirty were not encouraging but location was great.
