Review: I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. Last year, the staff were excellent, but this year, I encountered issues. After staying for a few nights, I realized I had misplaced my bag. I approached the receptionist, a woman who had been working that night, to inquire if she had found anything on the chair or if I had left something behind. Instead of assisting me, she shouted in my face, repeatedly saying, “No, no, no, before I start talking to send her my problem.” This response was both unhelpful and unprofessional. Effective communication and assistance are crucial in hospitality, especially when guests are seeking help with lost items. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual staff member but also on the hotel’s reputation as a whole. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future guests receive the courteous and helpful service they deserve.

Limited English Speaking Staff, very good for local Chinese travelers

Hotel is clean and staff are helpful. It come with breakfast with many choices too (I enjoy my yogurt drink everyday). Will definitely come back to this hotel again when I visit Hefei.

The service and the staff at the counter is great, esp Qianqian and Guigui. We had an amazing breakfast. Ps when we check out, the counter staff gave me a free parking coupon. All told, Hampton by Hilton is a great choice.

Nice view from corner deluxe suite room. Seconds away from a Starbucks. Nice parks in walking distance and it's an easy taxi ride to 2 or 3 museums. Breakfast is good (Western food and Chinese), but the restaurant was only open for breakfast so had to go off-site for other meals (maybe this was just during Spring Festival).

The girl at the hotel front desk was very friendly and helpful. The lobby facilities were very complete. Printing was available in the business area, there was a shoe-shining machine available, and umbrellas were available for borrowing on rainy days. There are a wide variety of breakfast options, including Anhui specialty tofu pudding. Hefei's special Sanhe rice dumplings, freshly cooked chicken noodle soup, delicious

The hotel is in a prime location, very close to Zhengda Plaza. When you enter the lobby from the outside, you can clearly smell a nice aromatherapy smell. The front desk greeted you in a nice voice. When you check out in the morning, they asked you if you had breakfast and if you were satisfied with the room. Hygiene: The lobby is clean, and there are biscuits and black tea. The room is clean. I would like to say that the bathroom in this hotel is separated into dry and wet areas, which is really convenient. Facilities: The lobby is well-equipped and suitable for business travel. The business area can print, and there is also a laundry room and gym. Overall, it is quite convenient. Service: The service at the front desk is really amazing. Every lady is responsive. Breakfast: The breakfast is OK in all aspects. It can be seen that the hotel is very attentive. As soon as you come out of the elevator, you can see a striking sign with "Sanhe Rice Dumplings". The fruit is also fresh. There is also coffee, and the coffee espresso is so fragrant. There is also freshly cooked chicken noodle soup. The fries are crispy and crispy with ketchup! The tea eggs are also very tasty. Also, I have to praise the dessert Zhan Ji in Hefei, it is really super delicious😋
