On this trip with friends, choosing this hotel was absolutely spot on! It truly deserves a five-star rating. The front desk service was a major highlight. Check-in was incredibly efficient, and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They even proactively offered recommendations for local attractions. Upon learning my friends and I were looking for a place to unwind in the evening, they immediately recommended the hotel's own bar, suggesting its ambiance was perfect for a relaxed drink with friends. They even thoughtfully highlighted the bar's signature cocktails. We hadn't expected much, but it turned out to be a fantastic discovery – the atmosphere was relaxed yet stylish. This stellar recommendation from the front desk truly added an unexpected, delightful surprise to our trip. Our room experience was equally impressive. The room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was so comfortable, I never wanted to leave it. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was perfectly designed. What truly stood out were the thoughtful details, like the complimentary welcome fruit upon arrival. It was lovely sharing it and chatting with my friends. Each time we returned, our room had been tidied up perfectly. The housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive! All in all, this was a perfect stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient for those who have meetings next to South Railway station. The room was clean, breakfasts and dinners are very tasty and worth your money. The only disappointment was the staff at the registration desk who couldn’t give me the exact information which I asked, because the level of English speaking was very low. As a fact I spent more money then I planned, because I got the wrong information at the reception desk on the price of services which provides this hotel.
