Loved this property. Perfectly met our needs of wanting a relaxing vacation with mixed in hiking and wine/brewery/distillery tours. Great views of the lake off the back deck and possibly best of all, an easy walk to Two Goats Brewery next door.

Perfect lake house trip!
Perfect getaway for our group! 6 adults and 6 kids plus the dogs and we all had a wonderful time! A little close to the main road which was unexpected but turned out to be fine. Beautiful property and gorgeous home!

Pictures donโt it justice!
We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was beautiful and so weโll equipped with everything we could have needed. Kids loved the bunk beds. The pool and hot tub were great entertainment any time of the day. Even on a chilly night. We found location to be so convenient to grocery store and restaurants. Canโt wait to go again

December Surprise 30th Birthday Weekend
Beautiful and comfortable accommodations. Beautiful view of Seneca Lake. Close to restaurants if you don't want to cook. There was a welcoming Holiday Tree with white lights that lit up the first floor with holiday cheer. Plenty of seating around the dining room table and huge kitchen island. The fireplace and sunken conversation pit family room was cozy and fun. We had such a wonderful time and enjoyed the hot tub when the beautiful snow fell on our faces. Great memories. Great birthday celebration with family
Our stay in this home could not have been better. Everything we needed was provided from the spacious state of the art kitchen to the built in pool and hot tub that was the center of our activities. Location was excellent with several wineries, breweries and distilleries within 2 miles. Lovely view, fire pit, luxury master bedroom. What more could we ask for?

Wonderful Experience
Place was super clean and they spared no expense in any part of the house! We had a wonderful time for our wine tour for the weekend! The host was also so kind as to mail us two pieces of jewelry that we left behind - very accommodating, quick communication, and friendly people!

Beautiful home and location!
We absolutely loved our stay - the views from the kitchen, dining room, game room and two of the upstairs bedrooms were exactly what we hoped for! The hot tub was great weather permitting - We had cold and rain so we didnโt use the pool unfortunately. Amazing kitchen too with great appliances! Great communication with Annie, who even made sure to leave some extra toys for our toddler - they were a hit, and everyone was sad to leave!
