If you are looking for some quiet time away, this is a peacefully located hotel. The ambience is calming, and the reception team is welcoming, not to mention the many look-out spots to watch the boats in the harbour. I came to this hotel 10 years ago on a girls' trip, and as i was looking for somewhere to go again, i came across this hotel and thought i would mark my 10-year anniversary. And i must say nothing has changed. Having said that, i do think it's time for a renovation as the decor is becoming dated. The exterior of the building, along with the windows, needs cleaning and fresh paint. The cleaning team needs to pay closer attention to details. Also, when a room have been cleaned and locked up for some time, they need to bare in mind that it will acquire dust built up, and upon issuing it to a guest it need to be freshen up. Overall, it's a lovely, quiet place away from the rush and hustle of london, and i would recommend it, and i will visit again in the future!

Friendly check in, room comfortable, breakfast good. Coffee machine in bar was switched off at 11pm but bar stayed open. Lovely location very nice sitting outside when sun shines.

Great location and staff, building would look much nicer if refurbished.

Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were lumpy. Holes in the carpet near reception. Window wouldn’t open. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Poor housekeeping.  Cobwebs on skirting boards and under bedside cabinets.  Debris under the beds.  Stuff left in draws from previous guests.  Corridors not hovered.

Very good location with a view of langston Harbour from the dining area. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I was apprehensive after reading some of the old reviews but I was really surprised how good this hotel was . Nice modern clean bedroom with walk in shower . Facilities in the gym and pool were excellent. We are two nights in a row and had fantastic equality food as was the breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful . Would highly recommend

We paid a £100+ per night. But the body wash and hand wash/shampoo was mixed with water. 🥴 I added extra for the view which is the port, but all I can see are parked cars!🙄🙄🙄 the water of the pool in the afternoon are bit darker. I wonder if they change it overnight. 🤷🏻♀️ We wouldn’t mind paying extra for comfort and service, but not worth it for this. 👎🏻

A large resort hotel in a beautiful location. The hotel is clean but may be a little worn out such as carpets. Good value for money

not happy with the check in，i arrived at 3:pm but i didn't get the room on time. i asked if i can go to the swimming poor ，staff worked there very kindful said yes and guide us to the swimming poor.After swimming，we got the room at 4:30pm.

Did the job, nicely, except safe was locked closed and there was no tiolet brush. Staff were helpful and friendly

Overall okay. Convenient location, nice place to stay as there's plenty to do on Hayling Island, also easy to get to Portsmouth & Southsea. Breakfast was okay - needed to queue due to the crowd at the long weekend. Cleanliness and room facilities needs great improvement. On arrival, room was rather dusty, bed not made properly and the bathtub was blocked. The bathtub was unblocked so at least we could have a shower but that made the room smell of chemicals and the dirts came out from the drain precipitated the bathtub as the person left it unclean. Unfortunately there wasn't an option to swap to another room.
