They have a very meticulous cleaning process and are incredibly humble and polite in how they work. I also have to mention Chef RJ for his great cuisines - the food was absolutely delicious! "Booking - Booking is very deceiving. While we booked a family room for which the room capacity was shown as 4 adults, by default the booking happens only for 2. Actual price for 4 is much higher than advertised. Deceptive Marketing Due to elections the owner informed that the resorts are supposed to be closed as per DC order but refused to refund the money and only asked to rebook at another time. Location - It is difficult to travel to the location by your own car from the main road and need good driving skills. The location it self is very scenic and peaceful. The dining area is very beautiful. Accommodation - The room had dirty water issue in the shower and was not fixed during the 2 day stay. The rooms are filled with insects and bugs like Spiders, slugs, ants etc. Activities Advertised: -Swimming pool - The pool was not cleaned regularly. The location of the pool is very nice. -Rope activities - Out of 4 Rope activities, 2 were functional, 1 was broken and the other had red ants in them so couldn't use that. -Mountain Trails - Highlight of the trip was the 2 km trek to the top of the hills. Person guiding us was very kind and informative. -Mud Volleyball - This was not offered or shown -Water Polo - This was not offered or shown -Shuttle - Not applicable to us but was offered to pick up from parking location -Camp Fire - not used -Trek to nearby waterfalls - 4km distance - The falls had barely any water, the place is filled with garbage and broken water bottles. Resort manager set fire to the garbage which made the place impossible to enjoy. Food - Vegetarian food offered was really good. Coffee was really good as well. The place is very clean Staff - The owner and the manager are very rude. The manager refused to take any complaints about the booking process or the muddy water in the dorm room and had very poor choice of words while arguing about the matter. The other staff members were really lovely and polite. The dog is extremely friendly and makes for a great trekking companion."

"Connecting roads are narrow and about 1km of muddy roads difficult to drive on. Food was good. Service was very poor , anything and everything you had to do multiple follow-ups to get anything. Basic amenities were present. Property is marketed as a luxury property but is maintained very badly. Had booked a Thottimane room, which had a shared courtyard. This was so badly maintained.. the sofas in the courtyard had lot of lizard droppings, the whole courtyard was fully dusty. The classic example of the property not being maintained was that the cupboard in the room dint have a latch and their staff would come with a screwdriver to pry it open. And I could deduce this issue has not fixed for a long time as the door was fully of scratches, as they have been prying it open each time a customer complained.. the only positive here was the food which was good.. for the prices they charge there is no value for money here"

"In Feb2026, i had stayed in this property & its new. Rooms are well maintained. Bedsheets are fresh & toilet are clean with Hygiene. They have inhouse restaurant and also, they allow Zomato/Swiggy order by serving plates to the rooms. Staff are good & supportive. They also provide toiletries, water bottles, Milk/Tea/Coffee powder, Biscuits, packed juice complementary in room ***** with kettle. Overall, the stay was very comfortable pleasant and cost effective. High quality with affordable price for Rs.2000 for a family. My kid was complementary stay."
