The Crown Hotel
"Great location.Friendly staff. Pillows and towels in room need replacing, seen better days. Couldnt get blue badge parking even though empty spaces."
Crowne Plaza HARROGATE by IHG
"Had a lovely stay here during our trip to Harrogate for conference held at the convention centre. Extremely convenient as the hotel is literally connected to the convention centre. Otherwise a slight walk from the train station but pleasant as the town is quaint. Also surrounded by food options in the streets nearby."
The Yorkshire Hotel
"Nice hotel, old and full of character. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the heater and a member of staff was extremely friendly and sorted the problemstraightaway. We would definitely stay again as the location is perfect for Harrogate town centre."
Travelodge Harrogate West Park
"The room was nice and spacious, it was clean and comfortable. The room was heated to a good temperature when I arrived. All staff, reception, bar and waitress were all helpful and smiley."

"A very nice room overall, but can tell the building is really old."

Chequers Inn
Premier Inn Harrogate South
"Only one person on check-in, we waited over 20 minutes, the person on reception was also multitasking, leaving reception to do other things. Rooms were clean but dated. Televisions didn't work in any of the 4 rooms. Food was nice but cold. Breakfast also cold and members of our group felt the bacon was off. The bread is also frozen so only suitable for toast. It was obvious the hotel was short staff. Staff were pleasant but I feel doing multiple jobs. Check-out was again poor. People checking in, we again waited a while as we couldn't find the box to put room keys, that's because it was under the desk & not available."
Premier Inn Harrogate Town Centre
"Staff were great on check in, as were all the staff throughout our stay. Room was clean, tidy lots of space (Premier Plus room) with aircon, fridge, tea/coffee facilities. Free 15 minute drop off then parked in nearby conference centre car park. Breakfast had plenty of choice, nice bar area for a drink. Would definitely stay again."
The Willow Bed and Breakfast
"We had a one night stay here on our way back from Northumberland. We arrived late afternoon and found the car park which is behind the property. Some of the spaces are tight, but we managed to get the last space. We entered the building from the rear and on speaking to someone in the kitchen, we were shown upstairs to our room. It is basically a tea room with rooms. It was a reasonable size, clean, with an en-suite, a separate chair, tea and coffee, a TV and thankfully a fan. It was a very hot evening and we needed to have the window open and the fan going to get some sleep. This increased the noise in the room, but it was very quiet outside until around 8am. Breakfast was served in the tea room. It was hearty and set us up for the day."
Sophie's Bed and Breakfast
"For 11 years we stayed at a lovely B&B in Nidderdale and called at Sophie’s for packed lunches, meals and an occasional coffee and cake. Sophie and her staff were always friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. We said we should try her B&B if we couldn’t stay at our Favourite one and last year that happened. We have just returned from our second stay and are about to rebook for a week next year. We have the double room on the top floor. An airy room with fantastic views over the garden, fields and across the valley. I had full English breakfast every day and my wife had poached eggs on smashed avocado on sourdough bread. It was always perfect. Quality food expertly cooked. We bought sandwiches for our packed lunches, a little dearer than a supermarket but delicious. Sophie is the perfect hostess, friendly and helpful. Her homemade recipes book is excellent and includes interesting notes on her background and the founding of her business."
Town Center Cottage
Cairn Hotel
"A very large hotel, suitable for a one-night stay. The soundproofing doesn’t seem very good, so you can’t speak loudly at night, but the price is very reasonable and affordable."
Craven Shepherd Huts
"Spent two nights in this very well appointed Herdwick wagon , only wish it had been longer . The three wagons are set back from the rear car park and elevated so some feeling of privacy and seclusion. Our wagon was very clean and surprisingly spacious with a fully functional shower room/toilet with heated floor , what a treat. The wagon also had a lovely little pot bellied stove which on colder days would have made it very cozy , unfortunately for us the weather was superb in the high 20’s . The bed was particularly comfortable and large and after a days hike , a lovely meal and pint in the pub was the perfect end to the day . So often the first night in a new bed in unfamiliar surroundings can be uneasy ….. no such issue here in this tranquil setting with only the distant sound of sheep . Highly recommend , if we ever return to Yorkshire we will for sure wish to stay here but for longer . I should also say everyone we met employed at pub/restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful."
The Inn South Stainley
"Hotel & food first class .. Staff very friendly & helpful . We have stayed numerous times ."
The Studley Hotel
"Good location, friendly staff. Lovely quiet room. Breakfast was good, not a massive choice but good quality. Did not eat in the restaurant but looks lovely, nice menu, will definitely return."
The Grafton
"Absolutely immaculately cleaned. Very nice rooms too, nice high spec. Very nice owners. If return Harrogate will be staying here again"
