Craven Shepherd Huts

"Spent two nights in this very well appointed Herdwick wagon , only wish it had been longer . The three wagons are set back from the rear car park and elevated so some feeling of privacy and seclusion. Our wagon was very clean and surprisingly spacious with a fully functional shower room/toilet with heated floor , what a treat. The wagon also had a lovely little pot bellied stove which on colder days would have made it very cozy , unfortunately for us the weather was superb in the high 20’s . The bed was particularly comfortable and large and after a days hike , a lovely meal and pint in the pub was the perfect end to the day . So often the first night in a new bed in unfamiliar surroundings can be uneasy ….. no such issue here in this tranquil setting with only the distant sound of sheep . Highly recommend , if we ever return to Yorkshire we will for sure wish to stay here but for longer . I should also say everyone we met employed at pub/restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful."

Premier Inn Harrogate Town Centre

"An awful premier inn. Lack of staff, lack of resources, no evening chef and bad planning. There was a baby spider’s nest in the bathroom and when reported no apology was given nor action taken. Not accessibility friendly, as a member of our party was put on the 4th floor. If there was a fire there would be no way to get them down the stairs. We were no told there was no dinner prior to the stay or at reception. They had limited drinks available at the bar and it was hard to find a member of staff at all times."

"Just got back from another Fabulous stay ( our 3rd) Super Guest House, always greeted with a warm friendly welcome. The Guest house is spotless, & the rooms are well laid out with everything you need for your stay. The breakfast is very varied & well cooked to start you off for the day. The location is excellent 5mins from the Town Centre, also close are 2 great restaurants Mykanos & Konak, both been recommended by the Guest Hse Owners. Also great place for lunch or cuppa n cakes Mamma Doreen's, which we gi to everytime we stay. We are already looking forward to our next stay in Feb 2027! Thank you, Liz & Andy Halifax"

Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments Ltd

"An apartment-style hotel in a great location, but the reception wasn't open on weekends, which was a bit of a hassle. Everything you need is there."

Arden House

"Lovely weekend at Arden House, staying in Harrogate for a event at the conference centre. Jan and Mark were so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of variety. Breakfast bar was very well stocked, and freshly cooked hot items. Quiet road, with private parking was a big plus. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. So accommodating and hope to be back next year when we return!"
