The room was really well presented as was the rest of the building. Had a good size tv with all the smart apps you need. Cooking facilities worked well with enough to cook dinner and breakfast. Communication was really good with clear instructions and easy remote access. Would visit again.

Nice hotel. Had everything I needed and shower was really nice. Check in was simple with no keys needed. I stayed on top floor so quite a lot of stairs but wasn’t a problem.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights last week whilst visiting nearby friends. The hotel booking communication was great. The location was fantastic as we also visited Harrogates restaurants, although the kitchen in the room was delightfully clean and more than adequate if one would prefer to dine in. The decor throughout the hotel was incredibly luxurious and tasteful , and the cleanliness was on point! The staff were very polite and couldn’t help us enough throughout our stay. Politely and respectfully servicing our room to the highest standard indeed. One came away delighted with our experience and hospitality. We have already re booked for our Christmas break. We woke to a Lovely hot shower and gorgeous coffee bags each morning, not the usual cheap sachets one usually finds in hotel rooms.

I stayed here while away on business and found the hotel ideally situated in the centre of Harrogate, close to all the main attractions. The kitchenette was great — as I was tired and didn’t want to go out for food, it had everything I needed to prepare my own dinner in the comfort of my room. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent facilities, close to shops and restaurants. Room was spotless and bed was really comfortable. Will definitely stay here again, I couldn’t believe the price was so low for such a gorgeous stay.
