Mercure Properties in Harbin

Came to Harbin and chose the Mercure Hotel near Central Street. I've stayed at several Huazhu Group brands before, and their quality and service are always guaranteed. This hotel has spacious rooms with a thoughtful design, including a separate walk-in closet, a large vanity in the bathroom, a smart toilet, and even a jewelry box – the attention to detail is impressive. The toiletries are an essential oil series, which is a nice touch. The hotel staff provide genuine service, actively asking about your needs and ensuring everything is taken care of. The location is super convenient for getting to Central Street, St. Sophia Church, the Provincial Museum, and the City Museum.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel Harbin West Railway Station Wanda Plaza for a business trip, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, and the rainforest shower had excellent water pressure. All my daily accommodation needs were met. Plus, there's a 24-hour gym and a delivery robot, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Located right downstairs is Wanda Plaza, offering a one-stop shop for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It's also super close to Harbin West Railway Station, making travel incredibly convenient. As for cleanliness, it was truly impeccable. I have a slight germophobia and am particularly sensitive about hotel hygiene. The room's floor and desk were spotless, and the bedding was clean, fluffy, and completely stain-free. Even the corners of the bathroom were meticulously cleaned, toiletries were neatly arranged, and there wasn't a single unpleasant smell. Every detail showed the dedication of the housekeeping staff. The hotel environment was also exceptionally comfortable. The overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the public areas are quiet and tidy. The room's soundproofing was excellent; closing the window completely blocked out external noise, ensuring a good night's sleep. The surrounding commercial district is bustling but not noisy, offering a tranquil haven amidst the urban excitement. It was a truly delightful stay. What touched me the most was that I accidentally left my laptop behind when checking out. I only realized it much later after leaving. On a whim, I contacted the hotel, and the housekeeping aunt immediately helped me locate it. The front desk staff even went out of their way to help mail it to my next destination. The entire process was patient and heartwarming. In an unfamiliar city, this thoughtful kindness instantly made me feel incredibly warm, completely washing away my travel fatigue. This stay wasn't just comfortable; it was filled with genuine感动 (touching moments). From now on, whenever I visit Harbin, this will definitely be my first choice!

Accor's Fairfield by Marriott North Pine is amazing! The location is superb, close to Sunac Land and the Ice and Snow World. The rooms are airy and bright, featuring smart voice control, a round bathtub, and complimentary minibar drinks – everything you could want. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are incredibly convenient for business travelers. The service is meticulous, with welcome fruit and thoughtful souvenirs. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin!

I have to give a thumbs up to this hotel! As soon as I entered the room, it was very clean, and the sheets and duvet covers were fresh and crisp. The hygiene was impeccable. The bed was large, and I had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely come back next time!
