This hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city, near to all the main shops and restaurants. You can also walk to St Sophia's cathedral. This place has a lot of charm and character! TV didn't seem to have any movies or anything beyond the regular channels but it was nice and comfortable. The set breakfast was ample and tasted good - it looks as if they have abandoned the buffet style. Staff cannot speak much if any English but I can speak enough Chinese and they were friendly. Overall it is clean and worth it for the price.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights in December. The rooms were standard. We were allocated rooms that faced the main st. So, it was noisy with cars honking and people talking. There was a beef noodle shop within walking distance from the hotel. The restaurant is close to a 7-11. I recommend guests to this hotel when visiting Harbin. Breakfast was good enough. However, there were not enough tables during peak hours of breakfast time. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to Harbin. It's affordable, close to tourist attraction, and staffs were willing to help although their English was limited.

We were very fortunate to have booked this hotel for my first retirement adventure with my wife. The hotel’s location is excellent - walking distance to the Zhongyang Da Jie, the St Sophia Cathedral and the esplanade for the winter fun games which is a short distance from the cable car to cross the river. Just a short drive away DiDi drive away from the Ice and Snow World. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and and went out of their way to help us find our way around the city and made sure our stay there was so very comfortable. We paid for the buffet breakfast which while simple but had a fairly good local range and was wholesome and pretty tasty. The room had a full range of amenities including bedroom slippers water kettle and bathrobe.

Wonderful Harbin accommodation. Great location only a short walk from St Sophia’s Cathedral. Good heating and hot shower. Breakfast has both Chinese and Western options which we really enjoyed. Robot can deliver online orders to your room too! Staff were super lovely and offered many free gifts at check in and a gift bag at check out. My only note was that the pillows are very flat and collapse easily, beds overall comfortable.

The hotel is just a five minute walk from the nearest metro station. The street the hotel is on is a little dilapidated (at least in late April) but has its own charm. My room was comfortable and a good size for a solo traveler. The buffet breakfast was big and the selections changed a but every day. I was there during the Labour holiday do there were many guests, and the staff replenished the different dishes often. I didn't use the laundry room but I took a look... Currently only one washing machine is in service. The finally, all the staff were friendly and helpful.

I stayed three nights at the end of August. It was my first visit to Harbin. All in all I was pleased with the experience. I was nervous about finding a non-smoking room in Harbin—many of the hotel profiles I looked into stated they have no such rooms available (imagine that in 2024!) but I'm pleased to report my 6th floor room smelled fine. The room wasn't huge, but perfectly adequate for one person. Plenty of hot water. Also plenty of electrical outlets for charging phone, laptop etc. No view to speak of but I wasn't there to gaze out the window, and it was blessedly quiet. I ended up not partaking of the free breakfast so I can't report on that. But service was good. Very efficient check in and check out. The room cleaner was cheerful and friendly. It's a decent location—only about a three minute walk to the Helongjiang Museum metro station. And I had no problem getting a taxi (Didi) for the trip to the airport. Solid value for the price.

The location is ideal. Very close to the zhongyang pedestrian street and the river where you can partake in snow activities. The size of our room was perfect for a family of five and the floor heating worked great. Lots of places to eat nearby and convenient waimai delivery straight to our room. If visiting the harbin ice festival would recommend staying here rather than in songbei where there is nothing nearby.

The hotel is in a very good location, 3 minutes away from Exit 2 of the subway. It is only 1 stop away from the Ice and Snow World subway station, and only 2 or 3 stops away from the Polar Park, Sun Island, Hulin, and the Science and Technology Museum. It is so convenient. Moreover, the hotel upgraded the room to a parent-child theme suite for free because I brought my child with me. It was so considerate. I highly recommend it!

The lobby exuded a luxurious aura with gleaming polished marble floors, crystal chandeliers, and ornate furnishings. The room I was allocated was spacious, impeccably clean, and filled with modern amenities such as a flat-screen television, wireless internet, and a well-stocked minibar. The bed ensured that I could get some well-deserved rest after a long trip. One of the highlights of the hotel was undoubtedly its restaurants. The breakfast buffet was an incredible start to each day with an extensive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and cooked-to-order dishes.Mainly Chinese dishes . In conclusion, my stay at the “Zhangwang Mansion”was an exceptional experience that surpassed my expectations in numerous regards. The hotel is located in the northern suburbs of Harbin, far from the city. It takes 1 hour to get to Central Avenue by subway, and more than 1 hour by other means of transportation. The hotel is in the park, the environment is beautiful, there are few people, there is a barbecue restaurant inside, it is delicious, the escape room shop can relieve boredom, and there is a supermarket downstairs. But what is unreasonable is: if you drive here, you can only park your car outside. The hotel has no parking area. Because it is in the suburbs, it is very unsafe. Another unreasonable thing is that the entrance to the hotel is at the exit of the park, and takeaways cannot come in, but can only be delivered to the front desk. After going to the front desk to pick up the meal, the stubborn security guard would not let me enter through the red gate of the hotel, and I could only go around to the entrance of the park next to it. I picked up the takeaway on the 21st this morning. This stubborn security guard watched me enter the hotel, but did not let me enter through the red gate. I had to go around to the gate of the park next to it... Isn’t the red gate specially prepared for guests staying in the hotel? Isn’t the hotel a hotel in the park? It is reasonable to have the entrance outside. Shouldn’t there be a dedicated door to enter the park? It is unreasonable to have to push the luggage into the park... Five-star service can only be four stars because of this security guard.

I stayed here the day before yesterday, and then went to Yabuli to ski. This time I stayed near the West Station, and they sent me directly to the West Station when I checked out. It was really convenient. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the housekeeping ladies greeted me warmly when they saw me on the floor. They asked me if I needed anything. I went out for two days and came back to throw my clothes directly into the washing machine, and then dry them, which didn't delay wearing them at all. There are also many shopping malls around, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's breakfast is very rich and delicious, and there are sliced frozen pears. Overall, I am satisfied!
