Best Harbin Hotels

There is a gray net in the room, but it doesn't matter. What matters is that the service is extremely poor. The two weirdos at the front desk made my stay experience extremely bad. I booked a double breakfast because I had to go to the hospital on an empty stomach at 8 o'clock in the morning for a gastrointestinal endoscopy. I couldn't I had breakfast, so I negotiated with the restaurant to pack two portions. The restaurant asked me to ask the front desk for instructions. The two front desk receptionists had cold expressions and said righteously, ”No, not even in special circumstances. If we pack everything like you do, it's unmanageable. It's a mess.” ”No sense of service at all. This service attitude has greatly damaged the hotel's image.

Our first hotel at Harbin was Manhattan hotel. It was a good hotel but interior looked abit old.Need to change their furniture and the aircond because it was so noisy.But the customer service was good ,She manage to change my room to another room since the aircond was so noisy.Otherwise the breakfast was really delicious and the location was really near to hagia sophia cathedral.Anyway thank you and all the best.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it is very close to the airport. It is very convenient to take an early flight. There is a free car to pick up and drop off the airport. It only takes two or three minutes to drive from the hotel to the airport, and it may take 10 minutes if you walk. There is only a shuttle bus to the airport on the hour in the morning in winter. However, the hotel's facilities do need to be updated and maintained. It feels relatively old, but overall I am satisfied.

The service was great. We were given a honeymoon gift on our first night by the cleaning staff, and they were really sweet to come early the next day to give us extra bottles of water. We especially would like to thank 2029 服务员for always greeting us so warmly, and for keeping our messy room tidy. The hotel is along the main shopping street, so it was really convenient to get to places and to get food around the area. It was also really quiet even though it was near the main district. There were great options for food around and it was fairly near the train station so we could take the train to all of the tourist sites nearby like 冰雪大世界. It’s also near the morning market with really good breakfast options. We also got 2 free ice creams from their restaurant, which were delicious. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, we would stay again! PS the free chocolate at the hotel lobby is great! 

It is the off-season for tourism now, so the price is relatively affordable, but the overall cost is not low at all. The hotel is located at the junction of Harbin and Acheng. There is no supporting facilities around it, only a bus station, which makes it inconvenient to eat and relax. There are several main buildings of the hotel, but only one is open this year, which is quite desolate. Facilities: The internal structure of the hotel is OK, but the lights are not turned on. The interior of the house is also good, but the disposable items are the supporting facilities of an economy hotel. There is no coffee, welcome fruit, and only two bottles of mineral water. Hygiene: The overall hygiene is OK, and there is dirt in the corners regardless of the room. Environment: The environment is good, but the supporting facilities are too poor. Service: The service is OK overall. There are relatively few breakfast items. What is surprising is that there is a special person to watch the eggs. Each person takes one. The eggs were pulled away by the waiter before they were finished. Maybe they handled it internally.

Although the room is small, it is clean and tidy. There are welcome fruits. The bedding is dry and the mattress is soft and hard. It is very quiet at night. All the staff are well-educated, enthusiastic and thoughtful. The front desk contacted the front desk in advance to inform them how to arrive. I would like to give special praise to the guy on night shift that night (I forgot to ask his name). Because there was a small situation temporarily, he patiently and meticulously helped solve it. The hotel has a beautiful interior environment and beautiful scenery outside. There are many types of plants, as well as orchards, hills with apricots, plums, pears, crabapples, etc. In short, I like the environment here!

The hotel environment is good, but generally speaking it does not match the level of the hotel. First of all, in terms of hygiene, when I entered the room, I found hair in the leaking position of the bathroom, and there was dust on the bedside and cabinet glass in the room. Secondly, there is the attitude of the waiters. The attitude of some waiters is not as good as that of the waiters in a B&B, and it is still a four-star hotel. Another problem is the way of handling the problem. When I reported the hair problem to the hotel, the hotel did not respond at all and just took it away.

The hotel I stayed in this time really surprised me! The location is very close to the airport, the hotel provides free airport pick-up, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, and people can get a good rest. The facilities are also complete, and all kinds of daily necessities are available. The hotel service is first-class. The staff is warm and friendly, the service is thoughtful, and any problems can be solved in time. In short, this hotel left a deep impression on me and is highly recommended!

Xin Yuhang, the employee that works in Sun Castle Resort Hotel is really nice, helpful and friendly, helps us with the difficulties we had throughout our stay there. Because of our language barriers , he was patience to translate it to us and despite the crowd that kept coming in and making him busy, he handle one by one with class, professionalism, and each person's help. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel and holiday in Harbin. Thank you so much for making our stay a great one. We'll rate this 10/10

There is a car to pick up guests at the entrance of the scenic area. The front desk of the hotel is as friendly as spring breeze. All services are very considerate. Free admission tickets are provided when checking in, and parking coupons are also provided. The hotel rooms are clean and the environment is beautiful. The birch forest on the Birch Island in front is very photogenic. After checking out, there is a car to take guests to the entrance of the scenic spot. It's really great, it's worth recommending to stay.
