No entregaron la habitación que se reservo. Cuando se solicito el cambio indicaron que el día siguiente hacían el cambio, al segundo día tampoco realizaron el cambio, y este día tampoco realizaron servicio de limpieza de la habitación. La habitación era muy pequeña para una pareja.
