位置離志華商城很近，旁邊挨着小吃街。酒店內部很乾凈，冬天取暖很好，房間設施齊全。

是來哈爾濱旅遊的當時是因為看到如家旗下才定的去了才知道是套牌酒店到了要交按金入住後衞生條件差附近環境先不説牙膏牙刷包括沐浴露洗髮水都很垃圾又自己去買的還買了一次床單啥的淋浴頭都是摔爛的充電器就床旁邊一個水壺都沒地插還要用凳子當桌子來燒水包括給的衞生紙就一點點都沒惜得用我們定了三天中間一天直接懶得回去住了去洗浴待了一晚上最後回家前去收拾東西一般酒店可以延遲到兩點退房本酒店沒人預訂也不着急必須十二點退過了十二點半要加錢……退一萬步講酒店比較平價但是未免差勁的太説不過去了～…本次旅遊最大的失誤就是定了這個酒店了酒店提供的那些啥也不是還自己買了很多必需品趁早避雷吧還是別住這影響了原本的好心情（照片懶得拍了沒必要拍都）

房間不隔音，有異味，洗漱水壓很小，熱水是熱水器，兩個人就不夠用. 夜晚前台服務愛答不理.感受較差.

插線板少，能用的衹有兩個，兩個人加上充電寶完全不夠用；吹風機不好用，吹了二十分鐘頭髮還是滴水；浴室沒有乾濕分離，洗澡水會濺到馬桶上，並且花灑會漏水，水壓不夠水流較小；晚上門會響，也不知道是因為什麼，大半夜突然響一下也是挺嚇人的，關了燈以後門縫會透光；關於房間打掃問題，第一天我和前台説了要打掃衞生，然後有阿姨收拾了一下，第二天我和朋友去早市，前台沒人，第二天就沒有打掃衞生，不過前台態度非常好，老闆人也不錯；最後，房間隔音很差，我和我朋友能清楚的聽見隔壁的説話聲，也能聽見其他房間的開門聲音。希望以上幾點可以得到改善，也一樣爾濱發展的越來越好，這是一個很好的城市！！

感覺就是一個套牌酒店，酒店內部還有其他酒店的名稱，掃碼掃出來的也是別的酒店名字，裝修風格跟華驛精選沒有任何關係，房間面積小，隔音差，地板破舊，這些我都能忍。但是屋裡一股濃濃的下水道味兒。根本揮之不去。屋裡還有小飛蟲，味道實在是太難聞了。根本沒法兒住人。戴着口罩睡的覺。真遭老罪了。這店你就住吧，一住一個不吱聲。

房間外面是商鋪音樂燈光開的很晚較為影響休息，賓館房間的牆有點薄隔音不是很好，床單挺乾淨，房間裏面很暖和，服務很好。
