下午兩點辦理入住登記，工作人員讓我們選擇晚餐的套餐，由於我們想出去吃俄式餐廳，所以和工作人員協商，我們購買的套餐裏面的晚飯能不能換成一個毛絨玩具，工作人員同意了！因為酒店入住本身就送一個毛絨玩具，所以我們擁有了兩個毛絨玩具，我兒子感到非常開心，由於第二天我們要回上海，所以在酒店內購買了企鵝館的門票，住店客人買了門票後有九折手環，離店的時候，我們還得到了完成五個任務後的小禮物，是一個恐龍蛋！ 套餐還是很划算的，因為我們是一月去的哈城，屬於旺季，所以酒店價格普遍較高，購買套餐後的極地酒店的價格性價比可謂非常高了！畢竟包含了家庭套房，自助早餐，喂北極熊，以及一個家庭晚餐的套餐，非常划算的！

酒店不大，但很精緻，乾淨衞生，觀熊極佳，還給小朋友講解一些北極熊的知識。大堂有免費的茶水，服務人員也是非常熱情周到！

酒店不錯 帶着孩子老母親入住，非常舒服 感覺房間沒有備註的這麼小 很寬敞 是不是在面積方面謙虛了，離着極地館海洋館都很近 ，酒店提供免費的冰棍 凍梨和凍柿子，孩子很喜歡，下午2點有2個月大的羊駝一一拜訪 孩子們都很興奮， 早上吃完早餐還能喂喂北極熊 並有小講座 孩子和長者都很開心 下次還來

很有趣的體驗，小朋友在屋裡看熊看的停不下來，早飯挑到一個玻璃地板的位置，熊在腳底下吃早餐，但是我們錯過了酒店的活動時間，比較遺憾。
房間温度適宜，衞生也很好，可以放心帶孩子入住。服務人員很熱情，還可以借酒店的玩雪玩具出去玩。
