酒店設施挺齊全的，房間温度事宜，三部電梯很方便，房間安靜，睡得挺好的，床品也很舒服，早餐種類挺多，前台服務是非常熱情的，尤其是經理，從入住開始一直對我們很照顧，考慮事情也很全面，小姑娘很有心，遇到問題解決很迅速，很細心，我們玩的也很開心，感謝此次出行遇到小劉經理！

我們住的7樓房間 電梯太響了 前台主管立馬找到了彌補的辦法 以後有時間還會回去入住 哈爾濱的特色禮品在路上 很期待是什麼 感謝小王的熱情 爾濱人民的熱情是沒話説暖心又暖胃，餐廳早飯豐富，可可很有耐心
