The toilet was not disinfected and there was dirt on it. The hot water only lasted for 5 to 10 minutes before it turned cold. We had to use cold water to wash. The hair dryer had to go to the public area. The towel for washing face and hands had to be paid 5 yuan each. The room was not cleaned. The hostel is in a good location, on Central Street, next to a supermarket and restaurant. The front desk guy is very nice. I didn't look at the pictures and only thought about booking a cheap room, so I booked the wrong room. When I wanted to check out, the guy upgraded our room to a private bathroom. The room was also very clean and comfortable. If I have the opportunity to go to Harbin next time, I will come to this hotel again
