The entrance is definitely not welcoming and pretty disgusting.
Cleanliness definitely needs improvement, but it's not the worst ive seen.
Other than cleanliness the rooms are pretty fine, not a lot of space to shower but manageable. The location is nice, still not the best of the best because it's not right near a subway or bus, but still right at the train station and close to a lot of public transport.
The bed is comfortable though

超爛的啦！公安在查黑戶旅店，就是他家的店！晚上不能開燈，因為警察在查報良好的旅店，所以，其他人都不在，只有我一個住小黑屋房。再來我明明就訂有窗戶的房型，硬扯是無窗戶，要窗型的硬加收80元人民幣，接待人員凶悍的表示要住不住隨便你，可惡欺負外地人。便所又不太通暢糞水味濃烈，地上洗澡水積水了一天都難以消退，難過住了二天.......

這個其實就是老民宅改的招待所。住宿體驗非常不佳，專門定的一個帶浴室空調的房間，房間小不説了，進門衹有一張床。關鍵的是，有空調，但老闆沒給遙控器，也沒有毛巾，洗澡自己得想辦法。房間裏面灰塵有點多。主要房間很不隔音，隔壁打呼都大聽見。一晚上都聽見人進進出出上廁所的聲音，而且這個價格吧，反應出素質實在不咋地，大半夜上廁所的，本來隔音就差，還開門關門超級大聲，走路也聲音很大，總之一晚上沒睡個好覺，然後三點左右開始就有人起床了，起床就起床吧，但各種對話，在走廊上大呼小叫。體諒老闆做生意不容易，有人退房了就上來打掃衞生，但實在是太吵了，打掃衞生聲音大，和客人對話聲音更吵的人睡不着。然後老闆一直問你什麼時候退房，入住我就説了我十一點的火車，十點左右走吧。結果第二天早上九點左右吧，老闆也不敲一下門，直接打開我的房門，看着我問：你什麼時候走？我説十點吧。他説行，就關上了。當時把我嚇死，還好穿上衣服褲子的，本來還準備沖個澡出門，直接收拾包走人了。體驗非常不佳。窗簾也沒啥用，就算全關好，凌晨四點就會有太陽晃進房間非常亮。綜上，實在是沒法休息！非常不推薦！

太騙人了，誰給的評價乾淨？刷單的吧，説是1.8大床，結果連1.5都沒有，衹是1.2床加了一個邊，關鍵是店家，態度太差欺負外地人，説不要看網上的介紹，要以實物為準，這不是騙人嗎，希望大家不要上檔了

沒有優點，一點不滿意，要不是因為第二天趕車，都想退了，被子不乾淨，房間異味太嚴重，一晚上幾乎沒有睡着，蓋了自己衣服，沒有拖鞋，房間設施太老化，距哈爾濱站不遠，步行五六分鐘就到，旅館附近人煙稀少，有點偏，小巷子
