酒店特別差，在一個垃圾場邊上，味道很大，室內不通風，也很臭，一到酒店附近就想吐。晚上到的，大約7點，黑燈瞎火，前台人員也沒有，打電話聯繫半天，才搞清楚咋進去。服務極差，啥都不管，一説就是，有事你找平台，想退房也是，因為被它們自己刷的好評欺騙，連續訂了三天，一天也不給退，第二天第三天説是可以代賣後返回，然後根本就是緩兵之計，咋説就是沒有賣出去，實際上根本不給掛出去，就圖你不住也賺你的錢，私下賣了也不告訴你。整個臟亂差服務差，欺詐顧客，自己刷好評忽悠人，典型的坑一次算一次，希望大家堅決不要預訂。我訂了三天，受不了，一天沒住，又在附近旅悦住的，一分錢沒給退。

飯店坐落於小巷子的庭院之中實在不是很好找到，周圍就像一個老舊的小區，已經到室內撲鼻而來的化糞池味道加上下水溝的味道實在是很難令人忍受，床單重組看起來就像是個濃妝民宿一樣的花布看起來就很舊很髒，浴室的設備都很破舊了，而且排水孔還會淹水，我連洗澡都不敢洗，而且隔音還很差，隔壁的打呼聲我都聽得到，最後是一個晚上要加四百多塊人民幣住這種品質實在讓人心噓，我只住了一個晚上，隔天一大早我就搬走了，畢竟地衣天到的時候已經太晚了後面的幾天飯店前店家也說不能退，我就隨便他了

之前就來過了，一直都感覺很好和大姐非常熟悉了老闆姐姐人非常好每次來都特別熱情就像朋友一樣的每次來中央大街都在她家住，主要住的很舒服！房間我也很喜歡姐姐都配了同色系的床品！網速快，熱水也給力獨棟的房子很安靜在小區裏住着也安心出門就是派出所特別有安全感👍

朋友推薦的一家小客棧，特別超值。
離中央大街非常近走着3分鐘就到了，去索菲亞教堂，防洪紀念塔、哈爾濱網紅早市紅專街早市都非常近，走着就到了。
哈爾濱的夏天太涼快了空調都沒用上。特別適合避暑。定的房間非常漂亮孩子非常喜歡，是孩子喜歡的藍色和粉色。
特別值得推薦。位置好找。價格合理。有機會還回在來。

地理位置特別好，離中央大街很近，去紅磚早市也很近，價位合理也可以接受。不知道是不是老闆娘，説話聲音特別好聽，服務也好，有問題及時解決，廁所熱水熱的慢點，廁所門口最好放個小地墊，防滑吸水，她家一次性拖鞋，洗浴用品，紙巾不收費，挺好，值得點贊，性價比比較高，老闆看見希望把我提出問題解決，那就更完美了，下回，還會去入住

實在是差到不行，下水道是堵的，床單被罩都不成套，上面還有頭髮，我懷疑上一個住客退房後沒換，摸哪都是灰塵，馬桶上都是尿漬，這是我住過差的地方沒有之一

有一説一，位置很好，距離中央大街特別近非常方便，房型也可以，就是衞生太差了，衞生間一股下水道的惡臭擴散到房間，真的難受，店家要改善一下了，實在不行拿個塞子先蓋着呀，那味道真的受不了🤦
