老闆娘服務熱情，房間空間比周邊同價位的酒店大很多，而且衞生間洗澡熱水出水量很大，美中不足的就是門框上的窗不能遮光，走廊走進走出燈會一閃一閃的。

老闆人很好，非常乾淨，附近超市飯店都有，離學校和地鐵站很近，性價比很高，也不會亂漲價。去各個景點也十分方便，地鐵直達上車有座。

有家的感覺，老闆娘人很好，見我們行李多就給我們安排了一樓的雙床房，獨立衞浴，床品温馨整潔，農業大學附近，離地鐵站很近，交通方便，學校周邊很多飯店，不怕餓着！這個價位很優秀，唯一缺點是沒的紙巾，幸好自己帶了！

老闆非常熱情，我是廣州人，來之前電話聯繫比較擔心。到後，房間温暖如春，外面－29度，裏面衹要穿家居衣服就可以。裝修舊點，但是應有盡有。老闆服務態度沒得説，都給5星好評！老闆好像做的熟客生意比較多，建議老闆加強營銷，讓外地遊客知道這裏。還有一個優點，離地鐵2號線東北農業大學地鐵站比較近，去哈爾濱大部分景點坐地鐵就行。價格實惠。
