Got some improvement from the previous time in a short time, however there are lots of improvements still needed to maintain.

The location was okay. The major issue was about the room cleaning service. It was available only during particular hours (not 24/7). So, in case your room gets dirty in the evening or anything spilled on your bed, no one can come and change the bedsheets or clean up the place. You will end up sleeping in that dirty bedding. Overall, it was below average

Excellent stay. Pillows so comfortable we even bought some to take home! Highly recommended. Close to station, clean and not too expensive.

I must say it exceeded all my expectations.
From the moment checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and very helpful even they have language barrier for us as foreign, they try to understand us with hp translation.
My room was spotless with comfortable bed and everything was clean and well stocked throughout my visit.
I stay for 2 night, I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Good location to go to the ice festival. Subway 2 stops only. Reception staffs are very nice and helpful. The kids love the robot.

They’re very close to where the Ice & Snow World is!
They have good restaurants nearby and the neighbourhood looks very happy and giving especially in winter ~
Other attractions are 20-40 mins away but didi is really cheap.
Good staff and professional one.
They have free dinner from 9:30. Truly appreciate them not wasting leftover breakfast on the day.
Only issue is that they don’t speak much English. ~

Overall, Harbin is nice place and I recommend this hotel to everyone. A bit difficult to communicate in English and Russian , but it’s Normal since you are at China 😆.
The hotel staff is very friendly , and they even gone the extra mile to send me to airport at very late of the night . I insist to pay and tipping them, their actions must not gone unnoticed . Will definitely come back.
