I came here for the Mandarin Duck Hot Spring. The hot spring is good overall, but unfortunately the outdoor hot spring pool is not open. The service is too average. There are few service staff in the hot spring area and no special guide. I wanted to ask how to get to the hot spring area, but I could only ask the cleaning staff. As a result, they didn't know anything and were very impatient. They really should strengthen training. The bed in the hotel room was shaking too badly. When one person turned over, the other side was like an earthquake. There was an air purifier in the room, which was not bad. The hotel's buffet breakfast and buffet lunch prices are obviously ridiculously high, and there are no high-end ingredients. Breakfast is 69.9 yuan per person, and lunch is 139 yuan per person. This price is obviously inconsistent with the category and quality of the ingredients. Even more outrageous is dinner. I went downstairs to eat at 6 o'clock in the evening, and many dishes were out. I ordered fried rice at 7 o'clock, and it took nearly an hour to make it. Later, the dishes of the people who ordered were all served, and we just sat there waiting. In short, it's okay to play hot springs, but don't eat there.
