本次入住一週，整體體驗感極差，問題頻發且服務毫無擔當，具體如下：
1. 服務態度惡劣，推諉敷衍成常態
服務員**的服務態度尤為惡劣。入住期間因電梯頻繁停電關人問題與其溝通，對方僅以“酒店老舊”為由搪塞，提出的“打折、送水果”等補償承諾遲遲未落實，全程毫無解決問題的誠意，更未站在顧客角度考慮體驗。
2. 服務人員素質不足，細節毫無保障
作為亞朵集團旗下酒店，服務人員完全未體現品牌一貫的服務水準。餐廳空間本就狹小，用餐過程中服務人員態度冷淡、服務不到位，毫無熱情可言；日常溝通中也感受不到專業素養，問題反饋後始終推脱，從未主動跟進解決。
3. 設施隱患突出，風險告知缺失入住兩次、共計一週期間，電梯頻繁因停電故障將人困在轎廂內，幾乎每天都有發生。此類嚴重影響安全的問題，酒店既未提前告知入住客人（比如通過説明函提示停電風險或施工影響），也未採取任何規避措施，僅在投訴後輕描淡寫應付，完全無視顧客安全與體驗。
4. 因投訴遭報復，個人色彩濃重
因明確提出要投訴**，後續辦理延期入住時，其竟電話告知無法入住，但同期查看訂房軟件顯示仍有房源。這種因投訴引發的報復行為，暴露了服務人員極差的職業素養，個人情緒凌駕於服務職責之上，令人極度不適。
作為服務行業，亞朵此門店在服務態度、問題處理、安全保障上均存在嚴重缺陷，完全辜負品牌口碑，強烈不推薦！

以下是事件過程---
飯店買單完 正準備上7人休旅車 最大的2個行李上了車 忽然哐當一聲 全車都上了鎖
師父先用手掰 再用大剪撬 還朝著他嶄新的窗戶砸
眼看搭機時間快到了 亞朵店內衝出了2人 說他找了開鎖的 但是人不在
師父急得滿臉通紅忽然從飯店抱了桶滅火器 朝著車窗猛敲 那車還真耐撞啊 一絲裂痕都沒
一群人煎熬了快半小時 忽然街頭冒出一個 窗上寫著斗大「開鎖勇士」的小巴疾馳趕到
耶 亞朵不是蓋的
那淡定哥 拿著一個像抽痰的橡皮帶 加上一個小鐵棍 吹氣 +撬撬 沒2分鐘就門就開了
已離櫃 出了大門的旅客 一般就是責任已了 但是亞朵員工卻在第一時間趕到在烈日下陪這我們解決問題....

整體感覺一般，停車要停到很遠的位置，非常不方便，來回距離差不多0.5公里
環境：有噪音一大早上就唔唔唔的響，吵得睡不着，不知道什麼聲音在窗外
設施：空調面板在牆上，空調的部分按鍵不靈敏，反覆按半天，還沒有智能很耽誤事
深夜粥道:沒有
下次不會再去了，價格與整體不匹配
早上走的急 沒來得及拍照
