Tje hotel has been nothing but amazing! From the staff to the room, everything was so well arranged and impeccable. The tea time treats and how the staff treats us as muslims really touched my heart. The hotel is a good distance away from zhongyang street so this is really a good spot too. I will come back here in a heartbeat!

We travelled with 2 kids and booked the family suite, the room wasn’t very spacious but the beds are clean and comfortable. Service staff are all very welcoming and helpful, making sure we are well taken care of during our stay in Harbin. The location is perfect and just 5 minutes walk from 中央大道, very convenient with lots of food, hair, nails, massage shops and minimarts, and a shopping mall around. There is a free laundry room to wash and dryer to dry your clothes. The only bad thing is the pillows provided are way too soft and not supportive, causing me bad neck pain and can’t sleep well.

本來在攜程上面刷到這家酒店還蠻期待的，住完了，感覺評論都是刷出來的🤣三個晚上1788，到酒店了，問我們要不要升級親子房，額外又加了每個晚上138元。我衹能説，比較適合商務出行，很不適合親子旅遊
早餐真的特別少特別少。挑不出來，一半點餐，一半點餐，點餐的牛排等都是合成的，而且也沒得選，每天給你固定好的，自助的菜品大約人家酒店的1/5吧。。。從來沒有一家酒店早餐品種會這麼少過。服務確實還行。行李都會幫我們拿

Great location in the heart of Harbin, less than 2 mins walk and you're at the Central Street with Sofia Church probably another 10-15 mins walk away. Hotel room was extra spacious, well heated, well ventilated, with huge bathroom that came with fur lined bathrobes. Proper area to open your luggage, sofa in the room, complimentary afternoon tea snacks, complimentary supper and even a small gift when we left. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, even helped us carry our luggage to the car after checking out. Overall great and clean hotel, would stay here again.

房間非常大的酒店，熱情好客的服務人員，好吃的下午茶，一直到晚上。非常大的洗手間，穿短袖就可以，很温暖。很乾凈，下樓走兩分鐘就是大名鼎鼎的紅專早市，步行去索菲亞和中央大街都很近，步行兩分鐘就是地鐵，去哪都很方便，重點是性價比很高！沒有吃酒店的早餐，聽説很豐盛，下次一定體驗一下！

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very strategic, making it easy to get around Zhongyang street, Sophia Cathedral and access nearby attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Overall, a pleasant experience — I would definitely stay here again!
