The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and a small supermarket downstairs. However, there's no ramp at the entrance, making it difficult for people with mobility issues or strollers to get in and out. The room lacks a door to the outside, making privacy and soundproofing a bit lacking. Traveling with my parents and two children, the number of beds was just right. The bedside light control panel is poorly designed. One key is off, it's completely off; another key is on, it's completely open. When the control panel is in sleep mode, the room is completely dark and I can't see anything. The bathroom has no nightlight, making it completely hard to see. If I turn it off, the bedside control panel is very bright, disrupting my sleep. The bathroom door is warped, the shower leaks, making it slippery. There are no anti-slip mats or bath slippers. The sink also leaks, making it easy to slip when washing. There's only one floor towel provided, and I need to put it on both sides. The bathroom smells terrible, especially when it rains. I hope the hotel remodels. The curtains are automatic, but they either open or close. I personally prefer manual operation. The breakfast service was excellent. While the menu isn't extensive, it's clean and the service is excellent. Overall, the room was good, and the robot that delivers the food was cute. The front desk service was also excellent.
