房間整潔乾淨，設施齊全，服務很好，住得非常舒服。樓下吃飯超市非常方便，啥都有，推薦宏達老菜館，菜特別好吃，我們吃了好幾頓，流連忘返的。靠近中央大街，隨時去逛。走的時候孩子玩具忘了帶了，老闆及時微信聯繫我們，還幫忙給我們寄快遞，真的太感謝了

我住的屋子跟照片相符，屋裡暖和，地上還鋪了墊子做了隔音，非常不錯。
門口近宏達老菜館，裏面雪衣豆沙，水爆肚，小雞燉蘑菇都巨好吃啊，鮮榨格瓦斯也相當好喝，奶皮子酸奶口感獨特。
緊挨着的早餐店，餛飩也甚是好吃。
步行3號線地鐵站方便，想去哪兒就去哪兒，很好的地理位置。

這是目前哈爾濱住的最好的一家民宿，房東夫妻倆非常友善，有問必答，雖然是自助入住的，但是前期攻略做的很細緻，入住過程中也是積極幫忙解決問題，還幫忙解決了行李存放，房間也很新，各種衞浴設備也都齊全，很愉快的一次入住體驗

在小區裏面，從志宏老菜館旁邊巷子進去，地理位置好，去松花江畔中央大街都很近，走走就到了，2個房間2張大床，可以4人入住，衞生乾淨整潔，推薦入住
