環境：旁邊就是哈爾濱站，走路10分鐘就能到，去周邊城市很方便。
衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈，乾濕分離

我們每次出門遊玩，9年了衹要亞朵有合適位置的都定亞朵，這次提前訂的亞朵還沒到酒店時前台打來電話説預訂酒店沒變化吧，要給我升級一下，當時我在瀋陽玩有點亂我説可以到了説這邊有點亂，結果到了酒店前台一位女服務員冷漠的説我們到的晚沒房間升級了，我們很不滿意跟她溝通也解決不了，她就説沒房間升級，態度一直冷冰冰的，我們衹好找了前台經理（一位男士）很快把問題給解決了，按約定升級了房間，還送了水果，感謝他！
希望酒店加強對前台服務人員的培訓，一直住亞朵還沒遇到過這樣對客人冷冰冰態度，不專業的服務人員
