The Youth Hostel is just opposite the Harbin Party History Memorial Hall, on the first floor, so it's nice not to have to climb stairs. When I checked in at night, the hostel also agreed to store my luggage in the morning. It's also very close to Central Street, just a few minutes' walk away.
