酒店整體環境比較普通，沒什麼特別的亮點，公共區域和房間的裝修都偏簡約房間面積確實不大，放了床和基本傢俱後，活動空間就比較侷促了，行李箱攤開都得小心翼翼怕碰到東西，對於追求寬敞住宿體驗的人來説可能會覺得不太舒服。如果衹是短暫落腳休息，基本需求能滿足，但想在房間裏活動或辦公的話，會顯得有些受限。

服務滿意，地理位置好，離中央大街2公里左右，打的10元以內。自駕的話停車不方便。房間小衞生間小。房間隔音不是很好。周邊早餐方便。

特別不滿意的一次入住 本來我們幾個月前就已經訂好了 這次到哈爾濱還有一個東北朋友跟我們一起玩 然後我們就準備三個人擠一間房 因為本來就倆天的旅程 而且我們都是女孩子也能擠下 等到了酒店老闆説什麼三個人擠不下 要我們多加50元升一個房間 本來不是很情願但當時很晚了就升了一下 她當時説第一晚還有家庭房 第二晚就沒有了 説讓我們第二晚再開一間房 我們當時沒搭理她 第二天一早按原計劃我們把家庭房騰了出來三個人搬到了大床房 我們沒有要再訂一間的打算 結果第二天晚上回來老闆直接跟我們説有家庭房了 讓我們再加50元住進去 還私自把我們的行李搬了出去 都沒經過我們同意 一天24個小時難道都不能電話通知我們一下嗎?我們行李裏面有相機 還有我們的貼身衣物直接就給我們搬到別的房間了？還要加50元 當時我朋友還出去找老闆理論 老闆還説什麼看我們是學生可憐給我們加50升個房間還説我們不領情 真的太搞笑了 就欺負我們幾個小女孩有意思嗎？還有這酒店衞生也是極差😊
