I love the design of the hotel from the outside during winter. The surrounding is covered with snow. The staff at the reception was very accommodating and helpful. However, the bedsheets, pillow covers, and towels have stains. The room is really wide though. Also, I noticed that there is no free coffee nor tea.

Very spacious and luxurous rooms. Free entrance to the hot spring pools is excellent. It's possible to have a cheap dinner in the hotel, however you need to come early otherwise there is no much food left. Same for breakfast by the way.

實在實在實在太差了。。。
完全沒有性價比可言
淡季快六百的價格這是在哈爾濱住過最差的酒店了。
周圍荒無人煙，要啥沒啥
酒店沒開暖氣，空調也沒暖風。。。冷死了。
花灑衹有頂噴，跟噴泉似的。
房間內到處都是蟲子。
毛巾是一次性的，三星級也比這個所謂五星級的強吧。。。。
早餐標價48一位，這也忒次了。。

這個酒店太抽象了，凌晨入住過來的路上一片漆黑，也沒個路燈或指示牌，櫃枱服務人員態度愛答不理的估計是睡著了，大堂燈光不亮，第一次看到酒店的沙發上有這些噁心的污漬不清理直接讓人住進來 。浴室水很小也不是很熱，退房後問要一瓶水也不行。
應該算是我住的最差的酒店了，這還700塊一晚，基本上衹有旅行團才會來住。

第一次來這裏，為什麼打3分，因為這3分都是打給酒店的，如果衹給酒店打分一定滿分，首先酒店前台一個的長得也好看，服務特別好，再就是酒店的房間檔次和衞生也是在哈爾濱住的最好的！沒得説！玩的地方也還行吧正常！最差的就是進門口給泳圈充氣的，説實話哈爾濱玩過很多遊樂場沒有一家是充實收費的！他家不但收費不説還很貴，稍微大點的10塊小的5塊！而且態度特別不好！我去的時候服務人員正個一個人説什麼態度很差！一個充氣泵，老闆格局大點，或者價格低點説實話5塊以內就行了！
