連續2天新換的毛巾都有股淡淡的臭水溝的味道。
客房少了一個餐桌
洗漱台沒有洗手液，洗浴房的沐浴露洗髮水不及時添加/更換。淋浴房裡被其他客人貼了泳衣的貼紙一直也沒清理（請看圖片）
第一天入住時候，客房服務員也沒放拖鞋。
總結，客房裝修及傢俱很高檔。但是服務水平沒跟上，需要好好培訓提高

房間衞生很差。地毯特別臟 櫃子下面有破瓶子。也不知道都怎麼打掃衞生的。小童床單都破爛。裏面漏出來是被子都有血跡。牆紙發黴。水上樂園設施很多都生銹。看着很臟。體驗感很差。電梯不能直達要去的地方，弄的人暈頭轉向。手牌不是通用。有的地方要微信掃碼付款。有的要刷手牌。水滙地方公共衞生很差。也沒人打掃。有人佔位。工作人員根本不管。看着面上高大上。完全不能看細節。絕對不會推薦給朋友。也不會再來。這價位要服務沒服務。要質量沒質量。

房間非常好，特意開了兩個小時車來哈爾濱銀河，唯一不足的就是房間水滙套票告訴跟房間一個時間12點退房，個人覺得不合理，房間可以到時間退房，水滙門票應該24小時！要是晚上住酒店，第二天中午水滙沒玩就到時間了！個人的一點點建議！不影響對銀河的喜歡！下次再來我們就得算時間，比較麻煩！畢竟超時在單買水滙門票也不便宜！

在這次入住體驗中，我深感失望。從前台服務人員的冷漠態度開始，整個體驗都讓我非常不滿意。他們的傲慢和無禮讓我感到非常不舒服。温泉的水質極差，水上漂浮着污垢，完全不符合衞生標準。提供的飲料質量低下，領取哈根達斯冰淇淋的過程繁瑣且等待時間過長。休息區的環境臟亂不堪，床單未經妥善整理，房間內部有異味且悶熱難耐。早餐質量極差，且用餐地點距離住宿區域過遠，如同迷宮一般，給客人帶來極大不便。總體而言，這是一次極其糟糕的住宿經歷，我絕不會推薦此處給任何人。

酒店房間超預期，還有銀河歡樂世界的陪襯，超適合度假。從雪鄉玩好回來，入住這個酒店，泡澡，搓背，汗蒸一體化服務，渾身舒適，特別贊。房間衞生，面積，暖氣的温度都感覺特別好，5樓還有小童遊樂設施，小朋友也希望有機會再過來玩，入住在這個酒店。

酒店的流程有點問題，水滙和水樂園是分開的，訂房住宿又在水滙裏面。上午來一樓前台讓上四樓辦理入住，上到四樓前台又説沒房間要等到下午，因為房間帶了水滙門票，想寄存行李進水滙又讓下去一樓辦理。然後水滙和水樂園兩邊也是有點麻煩，酒店沒考慮清楚訂房客户的需求，應該簡化流程！
