一言難盡吶，設施像千禧年的，比如1.兩台空調，扇葉都沒有，直接出風的而且噪音巨大，特別是有門卧室裏那個根本沒法用空調位置還不合理都在床頭頂部2.馬桶蓋子+墊圈是壞的會位移3.不是淋浴房是家裡那種花灑+防水布（防水布需要拉的很好給自己完全包裹在裏面要不然水流到馬桶上、客廳哪都是）4.定的家庭房衹有兩雙洗澡拖鞋而且尺碼都不大5.衞生也不行枕頭下還有體毛流程是這樣:預訂後快到時間商家會聯繫你你自助辦理登記同時還要你提供證件圖片+按金（證件圖片非常造人反感）隨後給你門鎖密碼

一進來心情很好，江景不錯，床也好睡得香噴噴，可以洗衣服，投影操作簡單，全程自助。停車是公共區，一般會有1-2個空位置的。哈爾濱不適合自駕，適合打車。731需要提前三天預約哦，這次沒去成，下次再來。位置不錯距離松花江畔近可以散步，距離中央大街也不遠幾公里而已

這次的住宿體驗真的是太完美了。位置距離外灘雪人碼頭非常近，離音樂長廊也不遠。房間乾淨整潔，床品毛巾等也都非常乾淨，無異味，一次性洗漱用品齊全，有小冰箱電水壺加濕器等設施。最最重要的是房東態度超級好，強烈推薦！

地理位置很好找，樓下有停車場馬路對面是松花江，雪人碼頭樂園，帶孩子過去玩很方便！房間寬敞乾淨，設施齊全，採光視野很棒！房東貼心準備了糖果飲料，真的太暖心了！加濕器也有，套房的房型很適合家庭出遊，性價比超高！

最後一晚選的這家民宿，真的太出乎意料了，房間又大又乾淨，裝修簡約舒適，冰箱，投影，洗衣機都配備，大大的落地窗能看到松花江和對面的冰雪大世界1，真的太棒了！房東姐姐人超好，幫我預約送機，下次來還住她家！

一家四口出行， 特意選的這家民宿，簡直太出乎意料啦！雙床套房，4-5人住很合適，房間裝修簡約整潔，，用品很有品位，配套齊全，位置也好，出行方便！樓下就是雪人碼頭樂園，各種項目都有，對面就是松花江，在市區距離冰雪大世界應該是最近的小區了！周圍還有好幾個網紅洗浴，總的來説很滿意，這個價位真的超值！強推！

好滴很吶！空間佈置的恰恰好，又寬敞又整潔！馬桶套是鬆緊的好評☺️老闆人也非常好！有什麼問題都可以問她，大姐老友善了！
樓下就是小賣部，非常的方便！靠近音樂長廊，不像中央大街那塊那麼貴還未必好，這兒靠近江邊風景也好👍
忘拍室內照了，附一張小區門口的冰雕吧！
