房間升級了很舒適，服務也很好，還給了周圍旅遊的路線，提個小建議，早餐明檔那個蒸籠有些遠，小朋友夠不到，能幫忙拿一下，而不是一直説你用夾子夠。

酒店設施房間很新，晚上也很安靜，衞浴乾淨，房間小板子上還有工作人員手寫的歡迎語，感覺很温馨。工作人員也會在入住之前確認是否入住，辦理入住、退房的過程很順利，工作人員小高妹妹服務周到，我們是旅行，入住時還給了我們詳細的哈爾濱出遊攻略，説是酒店自製的。雖然遠離商業區，但是叫車去各個景點距離都不遠。早餐很推薦，種類多，味道好，特別推薦排骨燉酸菜，我這個東北人都覺得好吃，給南方的朋友們推薦。給自駕的夥伴們做個温馨提示，酒店可以停車，是和飯店共用的，晚上8點以後停車位會多些，可以先停在馬路對面的馬路邊。總體來説體驗感很好，之後旅行也會繼續選擇希爾頓歡朋酒店！

門口環境太差，尤其是停車場那個保安，跟欠他工資似，問一句有停車位沒，滿臉不耐煩的説不知道，自己找，懶得搭理他，就進去找前台了，前台出來了一個服務員幫助找了一個車位。車位少還是和旁邊一個酒店公用的，自駕慎選。
