I chose Home Inn for this trip, and the experience was great! The front desk staff was warm and efficient, and quickly helped me check in. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was comfortable, the facilities were complete, and the Wi-Fi network was fast. It is convenient to eat and travel around, and there is free mineral water. High cost performance, stay next time!

Generally the hotel is good and the staffs are friendly We checked in on the 21/6/24 and booked for 2 nights . It was a good and warm experience on checking in.The front desk staff were courteous , and efficient.. There was one smartly dressed plumb young man standing beside the receptionist . We were enquiring about the where/what /when /How of Harbin . On hearing us , he immediately came up to us and started explaining to us . After dropping our luggages n bags into our family room , we startour city tour, so I requested for help at the front desk. The man líu hè 刘赫 at the counter was very 👍👍👍 He was very helpful . As we (3 senior aunties in their sixties/seventies ) were not familiar with the e-calling of Chinese “taxi/grab” ,we requested the front desk for assistance. Mr 刘赫 immediately and voluntarily went to the roadside to

I am very satisfied with the service. The room is very clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the firmness is moderate. The hygiene is very clean. Then one day, the front desk asked me to deliver things and collect garbage. I feel that the service attitude is also very good. This place is close to Forestry University and Harbin Institute of Technology are very close, and there are many places to eat nearby. It was a very satisfying stay and a very satisfying trip.

We booked two family rooms at this hotel and had a mixed experience during our stay. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel’s location is excellent, being close to the main attractions. Additionally, we had couriered some parcels to the hotel before our arrival, and the staff were very helpful in receiving and assisting us when we couldn’t initially locate them. However, our stay was marred by a power shutdown from 11:30 PM to 4 AM on the first night. While there was an announcement posted near the lift, we unfortunately missed it and were not notified directly by the front desk or any staff. This lack of communication caused significant inconvenience during our first night. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better communication with guests about such issues would greatly improve the experience.

Invoices can be issued and the location is not very good. There is no subway nearby, but the starting price of a taxi to the subway station is more than 10 yuan. There are a lot of takeaways nearby, and there are basically all you want to eat. There is a 160 barbecue Xiangfang Street nearby (super delicious). The hotel can turn on the cold air conditioner because the heating is very hot and hot. Overall very good, come to Harbin next time.

The hotel is overall clean and tidy. On the first day we checked in, the water pressure in the room was not enough and the hot water was not hot enough. But early the next morning we rushed to Xuexiang for two days and one night, so we ignored it. When we came back to the hotel on the third night, we told the staff that the hot water was not hot enough. They changed rooms and took care of us enthusiastically. After telling the staff on the morning of the fourth day, I could watch TV that night, but the TV couldn't be turned off that night, and I was too lazy to go down to the lobby to tell the staff, so I had to wear a blindfold to sleep. On the morning of the fifth day, I told the staff about the situation. I could turn off the TV that night, but I couldn't watch it. Since there was a projection TV, I just watched the short film that night and was too lazy to complain again. Overall, all the staff are very nice and enthusiastic about taking care of the guests, whether it is the front desk, cleaning, or the staff who came into the room at night to help us solve the TV problem, but the room hardware needs to be properly maintained and managed.
