Facilities: Old, but basically everything that should be provided; the air conditioner is too hot (haha, this should not be considered a shortcoming) Hygiene: good Environment: The geographical location is excellent and convenient for travel. It is within walking distance to Sophia Church, Central Street and other attractions. Service: The service can be rated as five stars: the service staff greet you with a smile, which is rare in the north. Helped me purchase tickets to the Ice and Snow World, and informed me of the precautions for keeping warm and cold; very heartwarming.

First of all, it’s really cheap! A mini king-bed room is only 300 a night, including breakfast. This is the peak summer vacation season in August. The price of a five-star old-school Russian-style hotel in the city center is really great! Originally, I had low expectations considering it was so cheap, but when I got to the front desk, they upgraded my room to a deluxe king bed room. I was so happy🥳. The hotel is full of art as soon as you enter. Oil paintings, sculptures, and iron art bring a sense of history, and it feels like traveling back to the old movies of the last century. Although the room is a bit old, it is very comfortable. It has a bathtub, a refrigerator, and a special cosmetic bag. There is also an Akatsuki gym on the 8th floor, where we exercised on bicycles for a while. The breakfast is relatively simple, has everything you need, tastes pretty good, and is a great value for money!

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city, near to all the main shops and restaurants. You can also walk to St Sophia's cathedral. This place has a lot of charm and character! TV didn't seem to have any movies or anything beyond the regular channels but it was nice and comfortable. The set breakfast was ample and tasted good - it looks as if they have abandoned the buffet style. Staff cannot speak much if any English but I can speak enough Chinese and they were friendly. Overall it is clean and worth it for the price.
