The check-in service at the reception is poor. The waiting time for check-in is too long. I have not received any relief from the online booking and the problems were not explained clearly. I was notified that I had to pay in cash in Vietnamese Dong when I check out tomorrow. It is a waste of time to pursue responsibility.
