It was my first trip to Vietnam.
The location wasn't close to any so-called downtown areas.
If I had to point out some drawbacks, it would be that although reviews said that Japanese was spoken, I couldn't communicate with them, and that the bath only had hot water at the beginning (it turned into water after a while).
I thought the staff were very helpful.
I don't know about other hotels in Vietnam, but I guess this is normal.

I will definitely recommend this place for a couple vacation. The room is clean and big enough. The bathroom is also good and with a big tub. I specially recommend the coffee stand in the ground floor outside hotel which’s coconut coffee is really really good and cheap. The waiters here are friendly too.

The hotel is in a good location, but it's a bit old. Overall, it's a good hotel. I will stay here next time. The location is convenient, the environment is clean, and there is a restaurant. It's very good.
