The staff are very helpful and polite. The room is big and clean.
Location is good in the sense that train coffee street, temple of literature, and old quarters are all within walking distance. Starbucks is next to the hotel, so it is very convenient when we want coffee.

My family and I came to Vietnam for the Spring Festival. We chose Movenpick Hanoi Hotel in Hanoi, which was better than expected. The hotel lobby has a western style. When checking in, the waiter brought a glass of sweet and sour iced drink. There is also a dessert bar in the lobby, which is free all day. The room is clean and the service attitude is very good. I especially want to praise the breakfast, which is too rich. My favorite is the omelette, which tastes amazing. There is also the local specialty Vietnamese pho and various freshly squeezed juices. A breakfast completely eliminates the fatigue of the journey.
