Good hotel

Always stay here when in Hanoi. It's good value, clean, the front desk is friendly and helpful. Been here half a dozen times and always satisfied. Just outside are convenience stores, a pharmacy, coffee shops and it's a short walk from West Lake

The counter is located 2 buildings to the left from the actual apartment, but the apartment itself is serviced very well, there’s hot water as well with a small kitchen, fridge and cabinet, with a dressing table

Good service, room clean, the location near Tay lake very convenient

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They helped us with the cruise booking to Halong Bay. They helped us with various queries via whatsapp throughout the trip.

Great location, near to plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Rooms are large and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful; housekeeping and in-room breakfast are very convenient.

Very clean, modern, and excellent value for money. Unit was fully equipped. About the location.... there was a good place for breakfast Pho next door, and plenty of coffee shops in nearby walking distance. I just underestimated them time going back & forth to Hoan Kiem & other areas by Grab Bike. Overall, highly recommended!

Staff really helpful and friendly. Apartment clean and well equipped with good aircon and Wi-Fi. Located a little out of way from the tourists areas but taxis cheap to get and lots around. The bed was really hard but room dark and quiet. Bonus to have a washing machine!
