This is a wonderful hotel with amazing services!!! The receptionist greeted us with local fruits and delicious dry cakes when we walked in. Super foreigner-friendly and even better than some of the five-star hotels that we’ve stayed before. Spacious rooms, great shower facilities, convenient location (10 min walk to the Zhangjiajie National Park), and foot massage shops right next door (which you will definitely need after a long day of walking). Can’t find a better place to stay in Zhangjiajie than here! ❤️❤️❤️

We stayed at this hotel to visit Zhangjiajie, and it was an amazing experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, but most importantly, the staff was very helpful and kind. They always helped us book the tickets for the different places and always cared about us having the best experience. The hotel is about 1km from the main entrance of Wulingyuan, which makes the location perfect because you can walk to the park. I highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Zhangjiajie.

We had an excellent stay, the service was second to none, the staff were really helpful helping us to book tickets for the scenic areas and reccomending the best routes the make the most of our time. Highly recommended, would stay again.

We have a very pleasant experience staying at the hotel. A big thumbs up to the hotel staffs which are all friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean. The amenities are also very new. There’s washing machines and dryers for guests to use for free. Several eatery and convenience shop can be found right outside the hotel. Route to the National Park is just a 10-15mins walk. It’s direct and easy to reach by foot. Highly recommended a place to stay in ZhangJiaJie 👍👍👍👍👍

The customer service here was excellent and the hotel is very cute. There were snacks in the lobby and they gave some extras to us for our room. I ate 4 free ice creams during my two-day stay! The location is great too, and the staff accommodated our dietary restrictions. My only suggestion to other foreigners is to ask the staff for help using the laundry machines if you’ve never used Chinese washers/dryers before. We had some trouble which led to packing wet clothes to take back on our train.

Really amazing stay at Tingtang hotel. Its a short 5-6mins walk from Wu Ling yan entrance to the national forest park. There’s also many eateries around in the vicinity, plenty of mini marts if you want to stock your snacks and water supplies. Surprisingly we had complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel and they will cook you fresh bowl of noodles/vermicelli upon request. Highly recommended for friends/ couples or families to stay. The receptionist at tingtang also made their tour map to guide us how to visit the national forest park. We are blown away by their amazing service. Hotel room is huge, clean, neat, very modern!! I genuinely recommend everyone to stay here!

Excellent service from the team!! Attentive to our needs, gave good recommendations for attractions, food, massages etc. Room extremely spacious and clean, well equipped. Most importantly non smoking! Breakfast spread was great, both Asian and western choices available. Located just outside ZJJ national park approximately 10 mins walk to East Entrance. However also meant 40 mins distance to city and 72 strange towers. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ting Tang, the room was spacious, clean and modern. The staff could speak English and were friendly and very helpful. They are also very responsive on WeChat. They recommended a few food places near the hotel and we loved the skewer place across the street. The location was just a 10-15min walk away from the east gate of Zhangjiajie Forest park. Ting Tang has been one of the best stays we have had in China.

New, clean, tidy and spacious hotel and room. Wonderful hospitality. We had an enjoyable stay and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great cleanliness and restful stay. (Kids have jumped on the beds from excitement!) A short stroll to the entry gate but it's worth it as when you come back down you can stop at the restaurants for dinner. Breakfast at the hotel is a nice spread (to the ratio of the boutique hotel) and tasty.

We had a wonderful stay. 小徐，小甜，小莫 took very good care of us, from helping us plan our route in ZhangJiaJie, book tickets, contacting our next hotel, recommending food and massage place, to helping us top up our alipay wallet. They really go above and beyond their duties and made us feel that we are in good hands. Breakfast is provided and there's a laundry room to wash and dry the clothes. Will definitely recommend to friends and families

The hotel’s location is great. Very close to the National part, just 5 minutes by walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is really comfortable and cozy, with modern facilities. Breakfast is not so varied, we’d like more choices for it. Also there’s a KTV nearby, and we heard loud singing from downstairs, it was a little bit annoying.

Great location and within walking distance to ZJJ East Gate. Room is clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and are able to help you book tickets for the attractions at a slight discount. Area of improvement: 1) Spread for the breakfast and 2) Sound insulation of the room. Overall, great stay. Recommended 👍
