ฉันเข้าพักที่นี่เพราะรีวิวดีฉันจองมา5คืน แต่ฉันไม่ได้ห้องพักตามที่จอง ห้ามเอาอาหารขึ้นไปทานบนห้องแต่ไม่ได้เขียนไว้ในเงื่อนไขการจอง ห้องพักเสียงดังตลอดทั้งเพราะใกล้สนามกีฬาชุมชนมีเด็กๆวิ่งเล่นตลอด ท่อน้ำตัน น้ำอุ่นไม่ทำงาน แอร์ติดๆดับตู้เย็นใช้ไม่ได้คงเพราะเขาไม่อยากให้เอาอาหารมาใส่ตู้เย็น แต่พนักงานบริการดีและสะอาด ฉันเลือกที่นี่เพราะรีวิวดี แต่หลังเข้าพักฉันสงสัยว่ารีวิวดีขนาดนี้ได้ยังไง

Это худшее заселение за 10 лет путешествий. Понятно, да, приехали в 13.00, заселение с 14.00 обычно нет проблем, заселяют, либо сори ждите. Тут на ресепшн никого, на попытки позвать кого то - никого. На звонки не отвечают. Через 20 минут появилась недовольная мадам, что то жующая, и говорит ждите. А вслед за ней мужик, который разоралмя что я сижу на диване который стоит на ресепшн и меня попросили пересесть на другой. Я считаю это клиника. Говорю окей, в 14.00 заселите? Дада типа заселим. Оставили рюкзаки пошли поесть. Приходим в 14.00 и снова никого на ресепшн. Ждали еще полчаса. Не будь это предоплачено - ушел бы в другой хостел. В итоге пришла, говорит вы заказали и оплатили самый дешевый номер, надо доплатить. Тут я уже закипел. Она видимо поняла и начала что то лепетать про жесткие матрасы. Я говорю да мне похрену на матрасы, у меня через 6 часов самолет, я просто хотел полежать между рейсами а не на ресепшн сидеть. Читаю хвалебные отзывы и страшно представить где до этого жили эти люди. Категорически не рекомендую. И до аэропорта пешком 40 минут, не " в шаговой доступности" как пишут. На такси 10 минут

I did not stay here. When I tried to check in, I was taken to another old hotel that was 20% cheaper. I asked for a refund because it was the hotel's fault, but they refused. Trip.com also tried to get a refund from the hotel, but they refused. It was a terrible experience on a great trip.
