I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Staying at this hostel last year was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had! So I didn’t hesitate in staying there again when I went back to Hanoi cause from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like family. They greeted me with genuine smiles, helped me settle in, and were always checking in to make sure I was comfortable.
What truly sets this place apart is how incredibly helpful they are with booking tours. They went above and beyond to help me organize trips making sure I got the best experience possible. They even kept in touch during my tours, checking in to see if everything was going smoothly and if I needed anything. It felt amazing to know that someone was looking out for me every step of the way.
Beyond just being helpful, the staff genuinely care about their guests. Whether it was recommending hidden gems in Hanoi or simply asking about my day, their warmth made all the difference.
If you’re looking for a place that feels like home while exploring Vietnam, this is it. I can’t recommend it enough!

It's great, and there are free drinks at night. Although I don't drink, the front desk reception is very enthusiastic. I highly recommend it. It's right in the ancient street, and next to the spa shop is very convenient.

Youth hostels are the best choice for traveling alone. The female dormitory I booked was unexpectedly clean and tidy. Someone cleaned up every day. The roommates were also very nice and enthusiastic. I liked it.
