This is my second time staying in this room, because it is located in the tourist center, it is convenient for everything, and there are many people. It is suitable for those who can move in without luggage and those who do not have high requirements for accommodation conditions. Although the room is small, it has all the facilities. There is a church and a school downstairs.

Single Budget room at the top is really tiny but cheap, had lots of air, and great views of St.Joseph cathedral from just outside the door. Very close to the lake but not in the overly crowded Old Quarter north of it (easy walk though).

I stayed for 3 nights, but every day when I returned to the hotel, they changed my room without my permission and my luggage went missing. My luggage eventually turned up, but it was disgusting to think that strangers were touching my luggage without my permission every day. The price was cheap, so I had no complaints about the facilities, but on the last day, there was a massage parlor on the first floor and I had to go through it to get to my room, but the massage parlor closed and the door was locked, so I couldn't get into the hotel and was locked out in the middle of the night by a foreigner who I didn't speak!
In the end, I couldn't get into my room for 2 to 3 hours in the middle of the night, and with the help of someone from a semi-basement art gallery who happened to be there, I was able to get into the hotel.
I really want my money back on the third day!!!
There are many cheap and safe places nearby, so those are definitely better.
I will never go again!!
